Lunch:  Coho Salmon (Farmed), Mixed Salad Greens, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Avocados, Slivered Almonds. Dinner:  Red Table Wine, Gorgonzola Cheese, Sour Dough Bread, Mozzarella Cheese, Tomatoes, Mincemeat Tart, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Blueberries, Butter or Sugar Cookie, Blueberry Pie, Select French Salted Caramel Ice Cream, Apples, Pears, Cheese Danish Pastry. Snacks/Other:  Satsuma, Sugar Snap Peas, Sweet Red Peppers, Strawberries, Green Tea, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Baked or Broiled Trout.
