Fat: 46.45g | Prot: 46.58g | Carb: 161.86g.   Breakfast:  Zucchini Nut Muffin. Lunch:  Ciabatta Roll, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Red Leaf Lettuce, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Tzatziki Cucumber Garlic Yogurt Dip. Dinner:  Pepperoni Pizza.
