Fat: 61.65g | Prot: 69.06g | Carb: 170.74g.   Breakfast:  Muesli (Gedroogd Fruit en Noten), Yoghurt (Mager), Ontbijtkoek. Lunch:  Volkoren Brood, Filet American, Asperge. Dinner:  Aardappelen (zonder Schil, met Zout, Gekookt), Olijfolie, schouder , Doperwtjes met Worteltjes, Gemengde Sla, Tomaten, Komkommer (met Schil). Snacks/Other:  Volkoren Brood, Filet American, Fruit 2 Day, Rode Tafelwijn.
