Fat: 99.15g | Prot: 79.25g | Carb: 127.28g.   Breakfast:  Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk. Lunch:  Cream of Chicken or Turkey Soup. Dinner:  Cheddar Style Shreds, Dried Cranberries, Organic Spring Mix, Ortega tortilla strips, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Tortilla Corn Chips, Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chips, Cookie, SunButter.
