Fat: 50.03g | Prot: 155.79g | Carb: 216.44g.   Breakfast:  Almond Fresh, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original, Sugar, Vanilla Almond Oatmeal Crisp. Lunch:  Celery, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Mixed Beans, Original, Stuffed Green Olives, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Carrots, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Dill Cucumber Pickles. Snacks/Other:  Aero Dark 70 %, Aloe Vera Juice, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Hemp Hearts, Pineapple.
