Fat: 50.03g | Prot: 155.79g | Carb: 216.44g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original, Sugar, Almond Fresh, Vanilla Almond Oatmeal Crisp. Lunch:  Original, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Tuna in Water (Canned), Celery, Stuffed Green Olives, Mixed Beans. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Carrots, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Dill Cucumber Pickles. Snacks/Other:  Pineapple, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Hemp Hearts, Aero Dark 70 %, Aloe Vera Juice.
