Fat: 79.67g | Prot: 121.50g | Carb: 249.00g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal, Orange Juice, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Sugar. Lunch:  butter, green bean casserole, italian bread, potato, turkey. Dinner:  chips, croutons, flatbread, lite honey mustard dressing, Meat Loaf, muffin, salad. Snacks/Other:  Greek Yogurt - Vanilla, pistachios.
