Dinner:  Creamy Fudge, Dried Cranberries, Dried Pine Nuts , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lighten Up Light Cranberry Walnut Dressing, Lowfat Swiss Cheese, Martini, Veggie Cuisine Tuscan-Style Vegetable Lasagna. Snacks/Other:  Hard Pretzels, Orange Mango Smoothie.
