Fat: 83.34g | Prot: 140.77g | Carb: 68.32g.   Breakfast:  Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar. Lunch:  Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk - Vanilla, shake mix. Dinner:  Avocados, cardini's greek, Cherry Tomato, chicken breast, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, gorgonzola, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, Calcium, Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Fish Oil Omega 3, Large Curd Cottage Cheese, Water, weyauwega.
