Fat: 50.94g | Prot: 58.59g | Carb: 99.41g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Light Original Soymilk, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Raisins (Seedless), Sugar Free Low Calorie Maple Flavor Syrup. Lunch:  Almonds, Buttered Popcorn (Mini Bag), Pecan Nuts. Dinner:  Avocados, Cooked Puerto Rican Yam, Orange Tomatoes, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only), Sugar Free Lime Gelatin, Zucchini.
