Fat: 47.74g | Prot: 84.38g | Carb: 122.32g.   Breakfast:  apple, low fat cottage cheese. Lunch:  angel hair pasta, berry green, emergen-c, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, green beans, italian sauce, italian sausage, lemon juice, meatball, romano cheese, water, wheat germ. Dinner:  broccoli, brussels sprouts, chicken, kroger italian green beans. Snacks/Other:  red wine, tea, tootsie pop.
