Fat: 47.74g | Prot: 84.38g | Carb: 122.32g.   Breakfast:  low fat cottage cheese, apple. Lunch:  wheat germ, lemon juice, water, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, berry green, emergen-c, italian sausage, meatball, italian sauce, angel hair pasta, green beans, romano cheese. Dinner:  chicken, broccoli, brussels sprouts, kroger italian green beans. Snacks/Other:  tea, tootsie pop, red wine.
