Fat: 91.36g | Prot: 134.47g | Carb: 165.64g.   Breakfast:  Pumpernickel, Butter, Egg, Ham, Pepper green, Onion, Toast, Coffee with cream. Lunch:  Bulkie roll, Chicken breast boars head 2oz, Lettuce, Tomato, Hellmans light 1 tbsp. Dinner:  Iceberg lettuce, Tomato, Green pepper, Newmans own balsamic lite 2tbsp, Croutons, Cottage cheese, Pork chop, Milk 1%. Snacks/Other:  Pistachio, Ice cream hagan daas, Sesame rice crackers 15 crackers, Gouda cheese spread.
