Fat: 91.36g | Prot: 134.47g | Carb: 165.64g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Coffee with cream, Egg, Ham, Onion, Pepper green, Pumpernickel, Toast. Lunch:  Bulkie roll, Chicken breast boars head 2oz, Hellmans light 1 tbsp, Lettuce, Tomato. Dinner:  Cottage cheese, Croutons, Green pepper, Iceberg lettuce, Milk 1%, Newmans own balsamic lite 2tbsp, Pork chop, Tomato. Snacks/Other:  Gouda cheese spread, Ice cream hagan daas, Pistachio, Sesame rice crackers 15 crackers.
