Fat: 36.94g | Prot: 44.93g | Carb: 117.92g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, Sunmaid Fruit Bits. Lunch:  NutriSystem Chicken salad, Ritz crackers, romaine lettuce. Dinner:  Chicken Shrimp Beef Stir Fry, Fried Cabbage, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other:  coffee, Crackerfuls - Four Cheese, Granny Smith Apples, NutriSystem Coconut Almond Bar, Water.
