Fat: 46.06g | Prot: 48.09g | Carb: 184.90g.   Breakfast:  Granary Bread, Lemon Curd, Olive Spread Light. Lunch:  Bluefin Tuna (Fish), Bertolli Light Spread with Olive Oil, Granary Bread, honey. Snacks/Other:  Mini Jaffa Cakes, Dark Chocolate Digestive, Belgian Chocolate & Vanilla Mousse.
