Fat: 134.96g | Prot: 70.86g | Carb: 18.02g.   Breakfast:  Deli Sliced Beef Luncheon Meat, Fletcher's Masterpeice Dry Cured Bacon, Smoked Gouda. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Heavy Cream, Sour Cream, Walnuts. Dinner:  Chicken Skin, Chicken Thigh, Cucumber (with Peel), pizza topping, seame oil, Sesame Seeds. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Cream.
