Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Rice, White Table Wine, Wild Atlantic Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, Nonfat Latte Coffee, Walnuts.
