Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Wild Atlantic Salmon, White Rice, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Latte Coffee, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, Walnuts.
