Fat: 162.74g | Prot: 130.06g | Carb: 243.72g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Herb Mayonnaise, Multigrain Bread, Red Leaf Lettuce, Red Onions, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Guacamole Bacon Burger, Peanut Butter Cup Shake. Snacks/Other:  Red Velvet Cake.
