Fat: 162.74g | Prot: 130.06g | Carb: 243.72g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal. Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Red Leaf Lettuce, Tomatoes, Multigrain Bread, Red Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Herb Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Peanut Butter Cup Shake, Guacamole Bacon Burger. Snacks/Other:  Red Velvet Cake.
