Fat: 87.50g | Prot: 80.46g | Carb: 270.12g.   Breakfast:  Baked Oatmeal, great value cheddar parmesan, milky way minis. Lunch:  6" Turkey and Ham (onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, pickles, ranch on honey wheat) , baked lay's. Dinner:  Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic Naan, Peppermint Bark with Dark Chocolate Squares. Snacks/Other:  Marzen Auburn Lager, White Pizza.
