Fat: 74.90g | Prot: 191.59g | Carb: 261.98g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Multi Grain Cheerios, Almond Fresh, Hemp Hearts, Carrot Juice. Lunch:  Original, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Bananas, Tuna in Water (Canned), Stuffed Green Olives, Mixed Beans. Dinner:  Penne, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), mushroom soup, chicken, broccoli. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter, Excellence Swiss Thins Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, Hummus, Organic Crackers, 100% Whey Isolate.
