Fat: 50.81g | Prot: 120.92g | Carb: 285.49g.   Breakfast:  Granola, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Blueberry, Vegetable Frittata Strata. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cupcake with Icing, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Cod, Creamy Fudge, Martini, Mediterranean Crunch Salad. Snacks/Other:  Peppermint Pattie (Fun Size).
