Lunch:  Mixed Vegetables, chicken breast without skin, bone, home grilled. Dinner:  yams, chicken breast without skin, bone, home grilled. Snacks/Other:  Planters Nutrition nuts, Odwalla Superfood, Banana, Chobani Greek Strawberry, strawberries.
