Lunch:  chicken breast without skin, bone, home grilled, Mixed Vegetables. Dinner:  chicken breast without skin, bone, home grilled, yams. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Chobani Greek Strawberry, Odwalla Superfood, Planters Nutrition nuts, strawberries.
