Lunch:  angel hair pasta, berry green, black olives, blueberries, bread, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, green beans, italian dressing, italian sauce, italian sausage, meatball, reddi whip, romano cheese, salad, sorbet, strawberries, tomatoes, water, wheat germ. Snacks/Other:  low fat cottage cheese, peppers, red wine, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tootsie pop, water.
