Lunch:  wheat germ, water, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, berry green, angel hair pasta, italian sauce, italian sausage, meatball, green beans, sorbet, bread, strawberries, blueberries, reddi whip, romano cheese, salad, black olives, tomatoes, italian dressing. Snacks/Other:  low fat cottage cheese, peppers, red wine, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tootsie pop, water.
