Fat: 53.62g | Prot: 125.20g | Carb: 208.18g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Greek Yogurt, Instant Oatmeal, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon. Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Clementines . Dinner:  Broccoli, Cauliflower, Grilled Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Bit-O-Honey Candy, Buttered Popcorn Popped in Oil, Chocolate Covered Raisins, Clif Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter, Saltine Crackers.
