Fat: 53.62g | Prot: 125.20g | Carb: 208.18g.   Breakfast:  Greek Yogurt, Instant Oatmeal, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Clementines , Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Baby Carrots. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken Breast, Cauliflower, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Clif Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter, Bit-O-Honey Candy, Chocolate Covered Raisins, Buttered Popcorn Popped in Oil, Saltine Crackers.
