Fat: 27.92g | Prot: 78.06g | Carb: 89.18g.   Breakfast:  coffe cream lite, coffee grain, WHEY jillian michaels. Lunch:  Apple, cottage light daisy. Dinner:  almonds, broccoli, Mexican quesadilla cheese Kraft, raisins, rice, salmon. Snacks/Other:  greek yougurth OIKOS.
