Fat: 78.15g | Prot: 111.15g | Carb: 176.11g.   Breakfast:  Toasted White Bread , Earl Grey Tea, Granulated Splenda, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Lunch:  Iceberg Garden Salad, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Seasoned Croutons, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Ham and Cheese Submarine Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato and Spread on Multigrain Roll, EL Fudge Double Stuffed, Chips Deluxe Cookies Chocolate Lovers, Potato Chips, Pepsi (Can). Dinner:  Grilled Bruschetta Chicken, Cottage Cheese, Applesauce.
