Fat: 78.15g | Prot: 111.15g | Carb: 176.11g.   Breakfast:  Earl Grey Tea, Granulated Splenda, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Toasted White Bread . Lunch:  Chips Deluxe Cookies Chocolate Lovers, EL Fudge Double Stuffed, Ham and Cheese Submarine Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato and Spread on Multigrain Roll, Iceberg Garden Salad, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Pepsi (Can), Potato Chips, Seasoned Croutons, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner:  Applesauce, Cottage Cheese, Grilled Bruschetta Chicken.
