Lunch:  Bluefin Tuna (Fish), Granary Bread, Mini Jaffa Cakes, Bertolli Light Spread with Olive Oil. Dinner:  Chicken Penne Arrabbiata, Garlic Bread Slices. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Digestive, Belgian Chocolate & Vanilla Mousse, Margarita.
