Fat: 33.76g | Prot: 53.45g | Carb: 216.05g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Banana, Mini Sub Rolls, Miracle Whip Light, Romaine Hearts, Turkey Pastrami, Vanilla Cookies. Dinner:  Baked Beans with Beef (Canned).
