Fat: 135.84g | Prot: 74.35g | Carb: 16.83g.   Breakfast:  Fletcher's Masterpeice Dry Cured Bacon, 100% Pure Maple Syrup, Egg, Cream Cheese. Lunch:  Salmon, Butter, Chicken Skin. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Onions, seame oil, Coconut Oil, Cabbage, Chicken Thigh, Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham, Bell Peppers, Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Cream.
