Fat: 135.84g | Prot: 74.35g | Carb: 16.83g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Maple Syrup, Cream Cheese, Egg, Fletcher's Masterpeice Dry Cured Bacon. Lunch:  Butter, Chicken Skin, Salmon. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Cabbage, Carrots, Chicken Thigh, Coconut Oil, Cucumber (with Peel), Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham, Onions, seame oil. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Cream.
