Dinner:  Wild Atlantic Salmon, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Latte Coffee, Mixed Nuts.
