Lunch:  Cherry Tomatoes, Multiseed Farmhouse Batch Bread, Palenum Cappuccino Nutrition Shake, Value Ham, Wholenut Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Cheddar Light, Egg, Mushrooms, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Vegetable Stock. Snacks/Other:  Dried Coconut, Goat's Cheese, Greek Yogurt, Impact Whey Protein.
