Fat: 92.87g | Prot: 119.37g | Carb: 179.01g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, California Burger Veggie Patties, Coffee, Ketchup, Premium Hot Cocoa Double Chocolate. Lunch:  Avocados, Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce, Coho Salmon (Farmed), Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), Kale. Dinner:  balsamic vinaigrette dressing, Cooked Trout, Croutons, Green Tea, Slivered Almonds, Spring Mix. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Bananas, Crackers, Lean Ground Turkey, Organic Creamy Tomato Soup, Salami.
