Fat: 121.66g | Prot: 56.11g | Carb: 222.54g.   Breakfast:  One A Day Vitacraves gummies, cvs calcium chew, nature's bounty D-400 IU, prenatal vitamin, cvs hair skin nails vitamin, special k protein shake vanilla, sweet tea lipton, ozarka water, fried egg, ideal bread, country crock butter. Lunch:  ideal bread, kraft cheese slices, country crock butter, lipton tea , water. Dinner:  zucchini, baby carrots , minced garlic, onions, broccoli frozen crowns, chicken broth wylers, italian seasonings, garlic salt, bell pepper, linguine pasta dreamfields, water.
