Fat: 91.62g | Prot: 146.87g | Carb: 82.82g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Deli Sliced Ham, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Country Style Pork Sausage, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, Breakfast Sausage. Lunch:  Tongal Tuna, Sweet Pickle Relish, Real Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Mashed Potato, Baked or Fried Batter Dipped Onion Rings, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Unsweetened Flax Milk, Raw Protein, Potato Chips, SunButter, Chocolate Chips, Cookie.
