Fat: 101.73g | Prot: 86.46g | Carb: 181.24g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. Lunch:  alaskan salmon burgers, olive oil mayo, pepperjack cheese, sandwich thins, spicy mustard, spinach. Dinner:  soft taco, spicy chicken burrito. Snacks/Other:  mrs mays trio, snickers fun size.
