Fat: 48.97g | Prot: 99.03g | Carb: 73.48g.   Breakfast:  Corn Tortillas (Without Added Salt), Deli Turkey Breast, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Soy Cheese, Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  Brown Rice Tortillas, Chef Salad. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Roasted Vegetable Medley. Snacks/Other:  Eggplant Hummus.
