Fat: 38.78g | Prot: 67.01g | Carb: 77.41g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Sweet Cherries, Pure Almond Milk - Original, Steel Cut Oats, Brown Sugar Blend, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Ketchup, Prime Rib, Deli Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Chicken Breast.
