Fat: 47.53g | Prot: 125.31g | Carb: 251.14g.   Breakfast:  Toasted White Bread, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original, Sugar, Egg White, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Lunch:  Original, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, rudolph's bavarian premium sandwich b, Bananas, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Butternut Winter Squash, Cauliflower, Chicken Stock, Roasted Potato, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cupcake Cake without Icing, Carrot Juice. Snacks/Other:  Watermelon, peanut butter, Sugar, Original Powder Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), peek freans.
