Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), White Rice, Miracle Whip, Ketchup, Lifestyle Shortcake Cookies, Greek Yogurt 0%. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Cheddar Cheese, social tea, banana, Popcorn (Low Fat and Sodium, Microwave).
