Fat: 74.80g | Prot: 136.10g | Carb: 292.23g.   Breakfast:  Vegetable Frittata Strata, Grapes, Strawberries, Pineapple. Lunch:  Turkey Chili, Itsy Bitsy Trio - Mini Pulled Pork Sandwich, Pita Pizza, Oatmeal Cookie, Milk (Nonfat). Dinner:  Martini, Lowfat Swiss Cheese, Dried Pine Nuts , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lighten Up Light Cranberry Walnut Dressing, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Honey Barbecue Sauce, Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables, Sponge Cake, Berries. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter with Honey, Peppermint Pattie (Fun Size).
