Fat: 36.33g | Prot: 93.22g | Carb: 97.43g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein, Acai Daily Cleanse, Apples, Bananas. Lunch:  Basa Fish Fillets, Black Olives, Chinese Stir-Fry Vegetables, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Beets (From Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Pineapple, Prime Rib. Snacks/Other:  5-Hour Energy Drink, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
