Fat: 86.01g | Prot: 46.22g | Carb: 117.81g.   Breakfast:  coconut oil, corn tortilla, eggland's best large egg, kirkland mexican cheese, kroger jalapeno diced peppers. Lunch:  berry green, emergen-c, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, unsalted roasted cashews, water, wheat germ. Dinner:  baby carrots, celery, cucumbers, fage greek yogurt, feta cheese, fried pickles, ranch dressing, red peppers. Snacks/Other:  movie theater popcorn, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tea.
