Fat: 86.01g | Prot: 46.22g | Carb: 117.81g.   Breakfast:  eggland's best large egg, kroger jalapeno diced peppers, coconut oil, kirkland mexican cheese, corn tortilla. Lunch:  wheat germ, water, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, berry green, emergen-c, unsalted roasted cashews. Dinner:  cucumbers, red peppers, celery, baby carrots, feta cheese, fage greek yogurt, fried pickles, ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  tea, movie theater popcorn, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.
