Fat: 45.61g | Prot: 115.13g | Carb: 194.89g.   Breakfast:  Greek Yogurt, Instant Oatmeal, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon. Lunch:  Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Clementines, Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Big Hunk Bar (Snack Size), Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cauliflower, Turkey Pastrami. Snacks/Other:  Bit-O-Honey Candy, Chocolate Covered Raisins, Clif Bar - Chocolate Almond Fudge.
