Fat: 45.61g | Prot: 115.13g | Carb: 194.89g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, Instant Oatmeal, Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese, Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Clementines. Dinner:  Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cauliflower, Turkey Pastrami, Big Hunk Bar (Snack Size). Snacks/Other:  Clif Bar - Chocolate Almond Fudge, Chocolate Covered Raisins, Bit-O-Honey Candy.
