Fat: 38.68g | Prot: 57.71g | Carb: 114.94g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, Sunmaid Fruit Bits. Lunch:  romaine lettuce, whole wheat tortilla, tuna salad, American Cheese slice. Dinner:  Chicken Curry, Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other:  coffee, NutriSystem Popcorn, plum, Water.
