Fat: 71.08g | Prot: 54.39g | Carb: 230.57g.   Breakfast:  Biojoghurt Mild 3,8% Fett, Apfelsinen, Leinsamen, Honig. Lunch:  Instant Nudelsuppe, Wok-Nudeln. Dinner:  Gemischte Blattsalate, Gemischtes Gemüse (Feststoffe und Flüssigkeiten enthalten, Konserviert), Mini-Frikadellen, American Dressing, Korn an Korn. Snacks/Other:  Fantakuchen, Zucker, Kaffee, Wasser, Tee ungesüßt, Karotten, Balisto Korn-Mix, Schokobons, Rote Paprika, Gelbe Paprika.
