Fat: 41.80g | Prot: 86.01g | Carb: 209.25g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Bacon, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, 100% Pure & Natural Orange Juice. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Roasted Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh). Dinner:  Hamburger with Tomato and/or Catsup on Bun, Hamburger (Single Patty). Snacks/Other:  Double Fudge Brownie Energy Bar, Low Fat Peaches n' Silk Smoothie.
