Fat: 70.67g | Prot: 49.85g | Carb: 185.19g.   Breakfast:  Oranges. Lunch:  Brown Rice, Carrots, Eggplant, Minced Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat), Sugar, Whole Milk. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Dried Japanese Persimmons, Firm Silken Tofu. Snacks/Other:  Milk Choc Cookie, Milk Chocolate.
