Fat: 78.48g | Prot: 139.01g | Carb: 113.76g.   Breakfast:  banana, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat). Lunch:  cheese, chicken breast, deli roast beef, feta, garden salad, peppridge farm wheat bread, pickle, salad dressing. Dinner:  brown rice, carrots, chicken breast, squash. Snacks/Other:  cashew.
