Fat: 74.24g | Prot: 84.52g | Carb: 183.52g.   Breakfast:  Butter Toffee Peanuts, Earl Grey Tea, Granulated Splenda, Toasted White Bread . Lunch:  Authentico Lasagna with Meat Sauce, Black Tea Bags, Toast Chee Real Peanut Butter Crackers. Dinner:  Apple Sauce, Colby Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Fresh Ham, Potato (Flesh and Skin, Without Salt, Baked). Snacks/Other:  Diet Iced Tea.
