Fat: 106.63g | Prot: 59.19g | Carb: 13.75g.   Breakfast:  Heavy Cream, Fletcher's Masterpeice Dry Cured Bacon, Walnuts, Cream Cheese, Egg, 100% Pure Maple Syrup. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Sour Cream, Olive Oil, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Salmon, Walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Cream.
