Fat: 106.63g | Prot: 59.19g | Carb: 13.75g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Maple Syrup, Cream Cheese, Egg, Fletcher's Masterpeice Dry Cured Bacon, Heavy Cream, Walnuts. Dinner:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Olive Oil, Salmon, Sour Cream, Walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Cream.
