Fat: 73.88g | Prot: 81.85g | Carb: 204.63g.   Breakfast:  One A Day Vitacraves gummies, cvs calcium chew, nature's bounty D-400 IU, prenatal vitamin, cvs hair skin nails vitamin, special k protein shake vanilla, ozarka water. Lunch:  fried eggs, pancake, syrup, ham , hungry jack hashbrowns, ketchup hunts, lipton tea . Dinner:  Ground Beef, chili powder, cumin, cayenne , salt, Olive Oil, onion, minced garlic, all-purpose flour, jiffy mix, pinto beans kroger, diced tomatoes del monte, frozen spinach, green beans, water, Ground Beef, chili powder, cumin, cayenne , salt, Olive Oil, onion, minced garlic, all-purpose flour, jiffy mix, pinto beans kroger, diced tomatoes del monte.
