Fat: 52.68g | Prot: 85.47g | Carb: 251.56g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, apple, banana, beet, carrot, frozen berry, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, greek yogurt, honey, kirkland orange juice, spinach. Lunch:  Fried Battered Salmon, german chocolate cake, sticky rice. Dinner:  spinach ravioli. Snacks/Other:  lemon poppyseed pound cake, pacific gold beef jerky.
